Yinka Shonibare Foundation is currently recruiting for a Fundraising Coordinator. This exciting new role will be focused on developing fundraising opportunities for two sister charities, Yinka Shonibare Foundation (Y.S.F.) London and Guest Artists Space (G.A.S.) Foundation, Lagos.
Working closely with and supporting the Managing Director, the successful candidate will help to craft and develop the growth of the grants, patrons, philanthropy and international partnerships programmes. They will help evolve a funding pipeline and will collaborate with colleagues and contribute to building stronger relationships with high-value supporters whilst delivering excellent stewardship to our existing partners.
Operating as part of a small, busy and passionate arts charity the right candidate will have the opportunity to contribute directly to the growth of exciting international programmes. There will be a chance to develop within this role, working with the wider team to help widen your skills and build experience, with some occasional international travel.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing the smooth and efficient running of our CRM system and would enjoy the challenge of running active donor fundraising campaigns and a variety of events. If you’re a collaborator, a creative thinker and great at opportunity spotting, and new income generation, you’ll flourish in this role.
