The Foundation has a vehicle shared between all residents available from Monday-Friday, 9am- 7pm daily. Please book any trips through the Residency Manager at least 24 hours prior.
Confirmed bookings will be listed on this calendar to help residents plan trips around existing commitments.
Please do not abuse the use of this vehicle and be mindful when making your booking to ensure there is sufficient time available for our staff to rest and recuperate between trips.
BOOKING INSTRUCTIONS
- Check the calendar above to make sure your requested time is available. Click the Week tab on the calendar for a more detailed view if needed.
- Share your booking request with the Residency Manager either verbally or via WhatsApp.
- If your requested booking is approved you will be notified by the Residency Manager and the booking will be added to the calendar.
- If your request is not approved the residency Manager will suggest an alternate time.
- Please ensure you are on time for scheduled pick-ups and/or trips to minimise delays and ensure forthcoming trips run on time.
